ICF Construction This project was designed by the owner as a guest residence where the available footprint and location was very limited. Demolition of an existing cabin was required. An engineered septic system was installed due to proximity of a stream. The home included solar lighting, Photovoltaic panels and energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling. |
